I want every space I design to feel like a place where everyone belongs. For me, *mera design toh waise hona chahiye ki har koi aake khush ho* (my design should make anyone feel welcome). Architecture isn’t just structure - it’s about warmth, comfort, and a vibe that fits you.

### Our Design Philosophy

We mix the technical with the artistic, just like our logo. The idea starts with you. I’ll ask loads of questions, do *bharpur meetings* (plenty of meetings), and really get a sense of your life. My job is to handle all the complicated stuff and give you a space that feels effortless.

- Full residential buildings, including modern facade design and smart material choices
- Villas and weekend homes designed for relaxation, bringing together landscape, art, and pools
- Major space transformation services: not scared of breaking or moving walls if it’ll make your home better
- Community buildings like Grampanchayat offices, with practical layouts and a modern feel

### How It Works

- First, I dig into your vision and your site’s possibilities
- Then, detailed planning - I’ll show you ‘before-after’ layouts so you can see the difference
- We use 3D architectural visualization so you won’t have to imagine anything
- I manage the whole thing, from civil work to final touches, till you get the keys

For me, every project is *shaant, sundar, aur nai shuruaat* (quiet, beautiful, and like a new beginning).

### My story

We’re Abhishek and Amit, Nirmaan Architects. Been at this for 12+ years, chasing spaces that feel like home, not just look good. ‘Mera ghar vaisa hoga jahan ki deewaron ne suni hongi... anganit kanbatiyaan’ (My home’s walls will have heard countless stories) - that’s our vibe. For us, a house should be shaant, sundar aur ek nai shuruaat sa (quiet, beautiful, new beginning). From our first Diwali in the studio to every new client, it’s all about building relationships and homes with soul.
