We keep the choreography simple so you can focus on the music and the festive spirit. Whether you are coming in a traditional outfit for Navratri or wearing whites for Holi, the aim is to get your heart rate up through pure celebration rather than intense repetition. Festivals have a unique energy, and I believe that is the best time to shake off the week's stress. My special workshops at G Funk Studio in Sushant Lok are designed as high-intensity Bollywood cardio parties. You do not need years of training—just bring your energy. We break down steps into easy patterns that anyone, from absolute beginners to regular dancers, can follow within minutes. Expect a blend of traditional moves with a modern fitness twist. We have done everything from authentic Garba and Dandiya sessions to patriotic Independence Day routines. Because the studio is equipped with shock-absorbent wooden flooring and mirrors, you can move freely without worrying about your joints. If you are new to the studio, these workshops are the best way to get a feel for my teaching style. It is casual, judgment-free, and always ends with a good sweat. Plus, you get to meet others from the neighborhood who are also looking to have some fun and stay active. It is a fantastic way to break the monotony of a standard gym workout.
