Since these are all eggless, I focus heavily on getting the moisture and texture just right so you get that deep, rich chocolate flavor without any compromise. Whether you crave a classic, silky smooth chocolate truffle or a fully loaded drip cake topped with your favorite chocolates, I customize every bake to your taste. My chocolate cakes start with Dutch-processed cocoa for that authentic, deep flavor. I specialize in customization—if you want specific branding, a theme, or a personal message written on the board, just let me know. Every cake is made fresh to order, meaning I do not use preservatives or pre-mixed batters. You can choose between dense, dark chocolate ganache fillings or lighter whipped cream finishes depending on your preference. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and because each cake is crafted individually, I recommend reaching out a couple of days in advance to secure your slot. ## About Nikkys Cakes Hi, I’m Nikky!
