We have set this up to be different from a crowded fitness center, incorporating wall ropes and specialized bolsters that stay permanently set up so you don't waste time preparing. We keep our batch sizes manageable, meaning you get individual correction from instructors who actually know your name and your specific physical needs. We started Nikki Yoga Studio in 2018 with a simple goal, to create a safe harbor for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the fast pace of city life. Being recognized as one of the top yoga classes in Delhi is an honor, but our real pride lies in the family atmosphere we have built here. ### Why Our Studio is Different - **Not a Competition:** You won't find loud music or people trying to prove who is the most flexible. We focus on slow, steady progress using traditional Iyengar-inspired techniques. - **Prop-Supported Practice:** Whether you are dealing with a frozen shoulder or just chronic stiffness, we have the chairs, ropes, and blocks to ensure you can practice safely. You do not need to be fit to start; you just need to show up. - **A Holistic Approach:** Beyond the asanas, we integrate breathing techniques and meditation. We view the studio as a sanctuary where you can leave your stress at the door and focus entirely on your physical and mental health. ### Where to Find Us We are located at Ground Floor, E4/31 B, near Happiness Centre, Azad Nagar East, Delhi. It is an accessible, welcoming spot designed to help you detach from the daily grind. Whether you are interested in our morning 10:30 AM batch or our evening 4:00 PM session, you will find a dedicated space ready for your practice. ## About Nikki Yoga Studio We are a family, not just a brand.
