We focus heavily on the rhythm and the base footwork because once you get the timing of the Hudo or 2 Taali right, the rest becomes muscle memory. It is about feeling the beat of the Dakla so you can stay on the floor for hours without losing your energy. ### Finding Your Rhythm I believe Garba is not just a dance; it is a way to de-stress. In my sessions, we start by building a strong foundation. Even if you have never danced before, we break down the movements so you understand exactly how to shift your weight and move with the music. It is never about being a perfect performer, it is about enjoying the movement. ### What We Cover in Class * **Essential Foundations:** We master the basics including 2 Taali, 3 Taali, and Hudo. * **Advanced Flow:** Once the basics are set, we move to high-energy Dakla steps and those fast-paced barrel spins that everyone loves to watch. * **Partner Moves:** We practice Dodhiya and group formations, which are essential when you are dancing in a circle with friends or at an event. * **Fusion Styles:** If you want to mix in a bit of modern flair, I help you incorporate contemporary steps that keep the traditional vibe alive. ### Join Us in Navi Mumbai I run batches across Seawoods, Vashi, Nerul, and Thane West. Whether you prefer weekday evenings or weekend slots, my goal is to make it easy for you to fit training into your schedule. We train in professional studios with mirrors so you can correct your form as you go. If you are planning a specific event or need a routine for your group, let me know, and we can tailor the choreography to your group's skill level. ## About Nidhi Jimulia Hi, I am Nidhi.
