Whether we are building a long floral tunnel or a rustic gate, we ensure the structure fits the layout of your specific venue, from Mumbai hotels to open lawns, without blocking movement or sightlines. Your entrance is the first thing your guests see. It sets the tone for the entire event. We break down our designs into two primary approaches based on the venue and the desired mood. ### The Classic Floral Approach For traditional weddings at venues like the Islam Gymkhana or larger banquet halls, we often recommend a structural approach. We utilize arches covered in fresh flowers or high-density artificial blooms. These tunnels serve a dual purpose, acting as a transition zone while providing a structured backdrop for entry photography. We pay close attention to the base of these arches, ensuring they are weighted correctly to handle Mumbai weather conditions, particularly for outdoor setups. ### The Rustic and Bohemian Approach For daytime events or outdoor lawns, we frequently shift toward organic textures. As seen in our recent work, we combine fabric drapes with elements like pampas grass and citrus accents to create a softer, more casual look. This style works exceptionally well when you want to deviate from the traditional red and gold palette. ### Practical Considerations for Your Venue When we plan your entrance or walkway, we look at several technical factors: - **Venue Dimensions:** We measure the actual path width to ensure the walkway feels grand but not cluttered. - **Lighting:** Walkways need specific lighting. We integrate LED focus lights to highlight the pathway while keeping the surrounding area clear for guest movement. - **Transition Points:** We ensure the walkway leads naturally to the main stage or ceremony area, creating a cohesive visual narrative across the venue. Whether you are planning a grand reception at a hotel or a smaller, intimate gathering, we can help you choose an entrance design that matches your theme and fits your venue requirements perfectly. ## About New Sangam Decorators We have spent over 50 years transforming entranceways across Mumbai.
