For our grand 40-60ft reception stages, we use heavy-duty box-trussing that supports crystal chandeliers and LED screens, which requires specific venue clearance. Before you finalize your date, let’s talk about your venue's ceiling height and floor plan to see which of these structures will fit safely and look the most balanced for your guest count. At New Sangam Decorators, I have spent over 50 years moving beyond standard rentals. My approach is simple: if you can imagine the look, I build the structure to support it. Whether it is a poolside Haldi in Karjat or a high-traffic reception at an Islam Gymkhana event, I manage the design, the build, and the lighting in-house. This means no third-party contractors and no last-minute surprises. When you plan with me, we start with the venue constraints. My gallery shows what is possible, but every location in Mumbai has different rules regarding stage height, rigging, and electrical power. I will walk you through what works—like where to place a mandap for the best natural light or how to set up an entrance tunnel that won't crowd the pathway. My work falls into three core areas: * Structural Decor: Large-scale mandaps and reception stages that require architectural planning. * Floral Artistry: I focus on volume and density, using real-touch artificial flowers for massive backdrops combined with fresh blooms for the areas close to guests. * Lighting and Flow: I integrate intelligent lighting rigs and LED screens directly into the decor, so you are not left searching for a separate vendor to handle the visual impact. If you are tired of seeing the same generic wedding setups and want a team that understands how to manage the logistics of a big Indian wedding, I am here to help. ## About New Sangam Decorators I'm the face behind New Sangam Decorators. My team and I have been building stages and mandaps in Mumbai since 1970, and we handle everything in-house. I prefer a direct conversation about your venue's limits and your vision rather than giving you a generic sales pitch.
