I focus on creating a layout that encourages social movement, ensuring your VIP lounge feels exclusive and relaxed while banquet tables remain comfortable and easy to navigate throughout the meal. The success of a large wedding often comes down to the logistics of space. We have spent over 50 years working across Mumbai venues like the Sahara Star and Islam Gymkhana, and we know that guests value comfort just as much as visual impact. ### Designing for Guest Comfort We treat the VIP lounge as a primary feature, not an afterthought. By placing these zones strategically, we give your closest family and friends a space to relax without feeling cut off from the main festivities. We use high-quality materials, such as velvet panels and modern metal structures, to ensure these areas look premium while providing actual support for long hours of seating. ### Table Arrangements and Flow For banquet seating, we avoid the cramped layouts that disrupt the event flow. Whether it is a traditional round-table setup with gold-hued cloths or a more contemporary arrangement, we ensure there is enough aisle space for servers and guests. Our team manages the entire process in-house, so we can adjust table spacing on the fly if the venue size is tighter than expected. ### Interactive Decor Beyond the seating, we designate areas for engagement. A well-placed photo booth, framed by fresh flowers and warm lighting, encourages guests to interact with the space rather than just sitting in it. By balancing these practical furniture layouts with our signature floral and lighting work, we create an environment that feels cohesive from the entrance all the way to the last table. ## About New Sangam Decorators We have spent over 50 years perfecting the balance between grand decor and actual guest comfort in Mumbai. It isn't just about how a setup looks in a photo, but how your family and friends feel sitting in it for hours.
