It represents the successful transition of our students into the workforce, with many having secured placements or internships before the event itself. This moment captures the result of our hands-on, industry-aligned training that prioritizes real-world application over theoretical study. For nearly a century, we have been shaping careers across New Delhi through our various institutes. The Annual Convocation ceremony serves as the culmination of the hard work put in by students from the Institute for Career Studies, the Institute for Media Studies, and our hospitality and management programs. ### Why Our Approach Works We believe in learning by doing. Whether it is a foreign language diploma or a media studies course, our curriculum is designed with the direct input of industry leaders. This is why students often share that they have secured roles while still in the middle of their coursework. ### What You Will Find * **Industry Exposure:** We invite distinguished guests and industry experts to our convocation, giving students direct access to professional networks. * **Placement Support:** Our placement cell works continuously, ensuring that the skills learned in our classrooms translate directly into job offers. * **Diverse Community:** The convocation brings together learners from different backgrounds, highlighting the inclusive philosophy that guides our teaching. Whether you are looking to upskill in digital marketing, start a career in hospitality, or master a foreign language, joining our community is about more than just getting a degree. It is about becoming part of a network that supports your growth long after graduation. ## About YMCA We’ve been part of Delhi’s heartbeat since 1927.
