We prioritize functional layouts, placing our 12ft backdrops and seating clusters to ensure the space feels full and energetic, rather than sparse. We handle the sound systems, floral placement, and prop installation so you are not left coordinating vendor logistics while your guests are arriving. Planning a pre-wedding function in a city like Mumbai comes with space constraints and tight schedules. We shift the focus from logistics to atmosphere. For our Haldi and Mehendi packages, we use high-density marigold garlands and fabric drapes to define event zones, ensuring that even a standard lawn or banquet hall feels like a dedicated celebration area. We do not just set up decor; we design the flow. Our team manages the technical requirements, including PA systems and cordless mics, ensuring music and announcements happen exactly when they need to. We provide the props—rickshaws, flamingo cutouts, and quirky signage—that turn a standard function into an interactive photo opportunity. Beyond the visuals, we handle the operational side. Our team includes a supervisor for setup and teardown, so you are not managing labor or vendor coordination. We also align rituals with the pandit and ensure the event schedule stays on track. Whether you are hosting a small group at home or a large gathering at a venue, we make sure the setup supports the rituals rather than hindering them. This includes managing the specific setup for mandaps, stages, and seating, ensuring the layout allows for both the traditional ceremonies and the social energy that defines these events. ## About Neha Decorators & Tanisha Events We have been managing weddings and pre-wedding functions in Mumbai since 1982.
