I work with you to incorporate personal details—like a photo that defines a memory, a hobby that captures their essence, or specific colors they love—into the final edible structure. This ensures your cake serves as a thoughtful, personal gift rather than a generic dessert. Every person you celebrate has a unique story, and my goal is to make sure their cake reflects that. For my holiday collections, I start with flavor profiles that feel nostalgic and comforting. For example, my Father's Day cakes often feature deep, rich notes like espresso and hazelnut, while Mother's Day collections focus on light, floral, and tropical combinations like vanilla, raspberry, and coconut cremeux. ### The Design Process When we create a tribute cake for someone you admire—like a business leader or a role model—I look for the symbols that define them. This could be incorporating 3D fondant representations of their career, their favorite books, or medals they have earned. ### Personalization Options - **Photo Integration:** We can include edible prints on plaques or directly on the cake surface for a truly personalized surprise. - **Thematic Elements:** Whether it is a 'Superhero Dad' motif with capes and comic-style toppers or an elegant floral wreath for mom, the design is always custom-fitted. - **Flavor Customization:** You are not limited to basic sponge. We can use my signature Le Cordon Bleu techniques to create complex flavors that match the occasion's mood. Whether you are planning a small family surprise or a larger tribute event in Bengaluru, I focus on the structural integrity of the cake. This means using internal support systems for multi-tier designs and ensuring that even the most complex 3D fondant art travels safely to your venue. ## About Neeth Medappa I believe that when you give someone a cake, you are actually giving them a memory.
