We handle the engineering behind the beauty, using internal food-grade dowels and heavy-duty cake drums to ensure your centerpiece remains perfectly stable from our kitchen to your celebration. It allows you to relax and enjoy the party without worrying about your dessert. A wedding cake should taste as good as it looks. At our pâtisserie, we combine French techniques with flavors that resonate with you, whether that is a classic 16-layer chocolate caramel or a fresh fruit combination like Mango Raspberry. ### How We Build Your Wedding Cake * **Structural Integrity:** For grand, multi-tiered displays, we use an internal support system of food-grade dowels and separators. This ensures the cake stays upright and stable, even for complex designs involving floating tiers or heavy floral arrangements. * **Custom Finishes:** We specialize in modern textures, ranging from sharp-edged ganache to soft, fondant-free buttercream looks. If you want accents like 24k edible gold leaf, delicate sugar paste flowers that mimic real peonies, or stenciled royal icing, we plan these details to coordinate with your event decor. * **Flavor Tiering:** Don't feel limited to one flavor. For multi-tier cakes, you can select different profiles for each layer. You might pair a robust Coffee Hazelnut Crunch at the base with a lighter, fruit-forward sponge on top. * **Logistics:** All wedding and engagement cakes include professional delivery across Bengaluru. Because these cakes are complex, we coordinate directly with your venue to ensure we arrive with enough time for setup, ensuring the cake looks its best by the time your guests arrive. ## About Neeth Medappa I’m Neeth, a pâtissier who believes a wedding cake should be a memory, not just a showpiece.
