She talks about her experience with my cold-oil compressed soaps and how they compare to international brands she has used. Hearing feedback like this truly makes my day.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/4e14a3df-13ad-4556-80e9-12cc69c3a1f5) ## About Meet The Maker & Customer Love When we started, it was just a small kitchen experiment. Our very first customer, Meetu, was a loyal user of high-end international brands and was skeptical about switching to an Indian label. Hearing her now say that she prefers our cold-pressed soaps over those big global names is exactly why we do what we do. ### Why Our Community Trusts Nebesa We know that moving away from big-brand skincare feels like a risk. That is exactly why we focus on radical transparency. When we say our soaps are cold-pressed and our candles are paraffin-free, we mean it. We document our process so you know exactly what is going onto your skin or into your home. ### The 'Modern Ayurveda' Promise Our customers often come to us looking for a return to basics. They want the safety of the remedies their grandmothers used, but with the convenience and performance of modern products. * **No Hidden Nasties:** We never use sulfates, parabens, or artificial fillers. If you can’t pronounce an ingredient on our label, we probably don't use it. * **Performance First:** Whether it is our charcoal peel masks or our coffee-scented soy candles, we test every batch. We want you to feel the difference immediately—that instant glow from a mask or the clean, soot-free burn of a candle that lasts over 48 hours. ### Join the Journey We love hearing your feedback. Whether it's a success story about your hair growth during our serum trials or how our dessert candles became the centerpiece at your party, your reviews keep us grounded. If you are curious about how we make our cold-process soaps or want to see our candle-making process live, just reach out. We are always happy to explain the 'why' behind every ingredient we choose. ## About Nebesa We mix a background in child psychology with a passion for candle-making to create products that are safe and natural. Everything we make follows the nani-dadi wisdom of home remedies, updated for your modern daily routine.
