Always mix a small amount with warm milk, yogurt, or rose water to form a soft paste before applying. Avoid rubbing too hard; just a gentle massage is enough to exfoliate dead skin and help clear fine baby hair without causing any irritation to their soft skin. ### My Approach to Traditional Bathing I created this Ubtan as a modern, safe alternative to commercial soaps that are often filled with sulfates and artificial fragrances. When I couldn't find a chemical-free way to cleanse my own child, I went back to the basics. ### What Is Inside * **Kashmiri Mamra Almonds:** These are sun-dried and ground to provide a gentle, natural scrub that polishes the skin. * **Amba Haldi:** Known for its antiseptic properties, it helps soothe skin and maintain a healthy glow. * **Zero Nasties:** No parabens, no sulfates, no artificial foaming agents. ### How to Use for Best Results This is not a ready-to-use liquid soap. It is a dry, powder-based cleanser that requires a small ritual. For babies with dry skin, I recommend mixing it with raw milk. If your baby has normal skin, yogurt or rose water works perfectly. Mix it until you get a dough-like consistency, then apply gently on the body during bath time. You can leave it on for a minute before rinsing it off with lukewarm water. ### Why Choose This Over Soap Most baby soaps contain surfactants that strip the natural moisture barrier.
