You are stepping into a culture of sweat and discipline. My focus is on the individual athlete's mental toughness, because technique only takes you so far when you are down by two points in the final minute. We don't just drill; we simulate game pressure daily so you know exactly how to react when the match is on the line. My coaching style at NEA Kabaddi Academy in Sector 110, Noida, is built on a single premise: there are no shortcuts to the podium. Whether you are training for Kho-Kho or Kabaddi, my program covers the full spectrum, from U-14 youth categories to U-19 competitive squads. We start with functional conditioning, using tires and resistance bands to build raw strength, before moving to sport-specific tactical work like lion jumps and chain tackles. Many students come to me worried about technical drills, but the real challenge is match-day consistency. This is why we hold intra-academy matches every Saturday. It is the closest thing to real competition, allowing me to correct your positioning and strategy in real-time. We have a track record of podium finishes at CBSE Nationals and SFA Championships, not because we have secret tricks, but because we treat every practice session like a championship game. If you are looking for serious Kho-Kho coaching or Kabaddi training that actually gets you tournament-ready, this is the place. I work with both boys and girls across all age groups, ensuring each athlete gets personalized feedback on their game. My commitment to you is simple: if you bring the discipline, I will provide the path to your competitive goals. ## About Vishal Pal I believe in pushing my students to their limits while guiding them every step of the way.
