Whether it is your first time on the mat or you are aiming for CBSE Nationals, you will go through the same rigorous routine as our gold medalists—tires, cone drills, and daily sprints. We do not just teach the game; we prepare you for the pressure of tournament days. My training is simple. It is about consistency. We run evening sessions from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, six days a week. You will be on 25mm EVA safety mats, not just for protection, but to execute precise moves like pole diving and chain tackles without injury. We train serious athletes for U-14, U-18, and U-19 tournaments. You will be working with truck tires for strength, ladders for footwork, and partner drills to build stamina. If you are here to pass time, this is not for you. If you are here to win medals at the CBSE Cluster or SFA Championships, this is where you start. ## About Vishal Pal I am Coach Vishal, though most kids just call me Guru ji. I do not believe in shortcuts because the only way to reach a CBSE or SFA podium is through consistent, grueling practice. When you join my academy, you are not just signing up for coaching; you are joining a squad that trains to dominate.
