## About Competitive Kho-Kho Coaching

### Coaching Philosophy

Mera simple funda hai - mehnat karo, result ayega. I don’t believe in shortcuts. Most log pehle week hi thak jaate hain, but real improvement needs patience. Beej ko fasal banne mein samay lagta hai (It takes time for a seed to become a crop). My job? Push you, guide you, and make sure your hard work translates into wins. Baaki bhagwan ki marzi.

### Proven Track Record

Results matter. My teams win medals because we train for it - not just for fun. Just last year:
- CBSE Nationals: Girls team, Bronze
- Cluster XIX: U-19 Girls, Gold
- SFA Championship: U-18 Girls and Boys, Gold
- 1st Interschool Tournament: U-19 Boys, Gold; U-14 Boys, Bronze

### Who I Train

I work with athletes who want to compete, not just play. Boys and girls, separate squads, all serious about kho-kho.
- U-14, U-18, U-19 teams for both boys and girls

### Training Style

It’s not only running and basic drills - we go deep into strategy, teamwork, and building that winner’s attitude. Training happens on proper ground and mat facilities, plus gym access for strength. Competition ready, whether it’s district level kho-kho coaching or national tournaments.

### About the Academy

Yes, you’ll hear NEA Kabaddi Academy - but our kho-kho stream stands on its own. If you want serious kho-kho training for school teams, you’re at the right place.

### My story

Main hoon Coach Vishal Pal, log Guru ji bhi bulate hain. Yahan NEA Kabaddi Academy mein, bas ek hi rule hai - mehnat sabse pehle. Koi chota ho ya senior, sabko mitti se dosti karni padti hai. Har har Mahadev!
