When I teach the Dubki, we don't just jump in. I focus on how you position your feet to deceive the cover defender before you make your move. We break these movements into slow-motion drills until your muscle memory takes over under pressure, ensuring you don't waste energy or risk an injury. Raiding is pure chess at high speed. You need to know when to push for a bonus point, when to wait for the corner to slip, and when to execute a precision touch. At NEA Kabaddi Academy, we do not believe in quick fixes. Whether it is perfecting your Lion Jump to clear the chain or mastering the hand touch to stay safe, every move is drilled until it is instinctive. We use coach-led video analysis to show you exactly where you are leaving a gap in your defense. Training here happens on both PKL-standard mats and traditional mud tracks because you need to be comfortable on any surface. It is six days of hard work, morning and evening, because the competition at the State and National levels is brutal. If you are aiming for KBD Juniors, SFA Championships, or district selection, you need an edge. We focus on: * **Deception:** Using shuffle footwork to confuse the corner and cover. * **Explosiveness:** Building the power for the Lion Jump and Side Jump. * **Safety:** Mastering the Dubki so you can exit the chain without getting trapped. This is not a gym where you come to sweat a little and leave. This is a place for athletes preparing for the pro circuit. If you are serious about putting in the work, I am here to show you the path. ## About Vishal Pal I am Coach Vishal Pal, though most kids here just call me Guru ji. I do not care about your natural talent; I care about how much sweat you are willing to pour into these mats. If you are ready to put in the hours, I will show you the path from school games to the pro circuit.
