It demands specific strategies for every game situation, whether you are protecting a lead or fighting for a bonus point. These trophies represent the hours of drills my students put in on our professional mats, moving from local practice to the national stage. We approach every tournament with a clear goal. Our success at the CBSE Nationals and KBD Juniors comes from a training structure that leaves nothing to chance. We focus on match-specific scenarios during our double shifts, ensuring players understand how to handle the pressure of a final. If you are looking to compete at the state or national level, you need to understand that this is a 6-day commitment. We train for defense, raiding, and physical conditioning, but the most important thing we build is mental toughness. You will find that our players are prepared for the physical demands of the game because we use the same surface and equipment standards as the professional leagues. Parents often ask what makes our team different, and the answer is simple. We do not just teach the game, we teach how to win it through disciplined daily mehnat. ## About Vishal Pal I am Coach Vishal, or Guru ji to my students.
