We work on the game intelligence required to handle pressure in KBD Juniors and CBSE events, ensuring you are not just a player, but a match-ready competitor. Kabaddi is a grind, not an overnight win. Our training center in Noida Sector 110 is equipped with PKL-standard interlocking mats and traditional mud tracks to prepare you for both professional and circle formats. My coaching goes beyond basic footwork. We break down raiding moves like the Dubki and Lion Jump, and defensive setups like the Cover Chain Tackle, ensuring you have the technical toolkit to dominate in the opponent's half. For serious athletes, we offer a full residential program with nutritious meals and 24/7 supervision. We do not believe in shortcuts. Whether you are an U-12 player starting your journey or looking to make it to the state level, my goal is to build the stamina and tactical awareness that makes you hard to beat. ## About Vishal Pal I am Coach Vishal Pal, and at NEA Kabaddi Academy, we believe hard work beats talent.
