## About Competitive Kabaddi Coaching

### Why I Do This

Mera funda simple hai - hard work beats talent. I’ve seen lots of players quit after just a few days. Kabaddi isn’t instant, it’s a grind. For me, this isn’t just a sport, it’s everything. I’m here to push you, make you sweat, and guide you all the way. The rest, bhagwan ke haath mein (in God’s hands).

### Serious Coaching, Real Progress

This isn’t for the timepass crowd. If you want to play at District, State, or National level, I’ll show you the rasta (path). Boys and girls from Under-12 up to Under-19 join me to move from school games to the pro circuit. Kabaddi coaching for school teams is where many start, but I take you further.

### What Training Looks Like

I don’t sugarcoat - practice is tough. You’ll work on:
- Kabaddi raiding techniques: footwork, hand touch, side kick, Dubki, Lion Jump, bonus point strategy
- Defensive kabaddi drills: Ankle Hold, Thigh Hold, Cover Chain Tackle, building a solid defense
- Fitness: speed, stamina, agility, strength. You’ll be doing hurdle jumps, tire flips, weights, and sprints. Kabaddi fitness regimen is no joke.

### Results That Matter

My teams win. We’ve picked up golds and silvers at SFA, CBSE Nationals, Clusters, and KBD Juniors. Players here compete in both standard and Circle Kabaddi at State level.

### Where You Train

Year-round facilities - outdoor and indoor mats, ground for Circle Kabaddi, modern gym, hostel for those who need it.

### Routine

Six days a week, morning and evening sessions. No shortcuts, just pure mehnat (hard work).

Har har Mahadev!
