Because we prepare everything from scratch using fresh, traditional ingredients like bamboo shoots and local herbs, we operate purely on a pre-order basis. This ensures that every dish, from our rich Ooti to the aromatic black rice, is cooked with the care of a home-style meal. Finding an authentic vegetarian Manipuri meal in Delhi isn't always easy, but our Royal Chakluk brings the exact taste of Eramdam Manipur to your home. We move away from standard restaurant techniques to focus on traditional 'home-food' methods that respect our culture. What makes our thali feel 'Royal'? It is the combination of specific traditional recipes served with care. We include staples like *Chak-hao* (aromatic black rice) and a rich *Ooti*—a lentil preparation made without onion or garlic, just like we cook it back home. For that authentic, pungent kick, we include our vegetable *Eromba*, a mash featuring bamboo shoots or fermented soy (Hawaijar). Whether you are planning for a puja, a ceremony, or simply want a clean-eating meal that feels special, this thali is designed to hit the spot. We prepare every item fresh—from the *Paneer Thongba* simmered in indigenous herbs to our seasonal *Kanghou* (stir-fried vegetables). Since we do not hold stock, every order is made fresh specifically for you. This commitment ensures that your *Chak-hao Kheer* is creamy, your vegetables stay crisp, and the flavours remain balanced. We deliver across Delhi NCR, bringing the comfort of a traditional Manipuri kitchen directly to your doorstep. ## About Natural Cooked Food We are NCF, and we’re all about bringing the real taste of home to Delhi.
