Because we prioritize freshness and authentic preparation, we cook everything on pre-order only. At NCF, our pork specialties are about recreating the meals we grew up eating in Manipur. We understand that finding the right balance of smoke, spice, and texture is difficult in Delhi, which is why we handle the entire process ourselves. Our kitchen focuses on specific traditional preparations: * **Smoked Pork:** We focus on the smoky, woody depth that comes from proper preparation. It pairs perfectly with rice and our traditional bamboo shoot sides. * **Pork with Snails (Tharoi Thongba):** This is a true Manipuri delicacy.
