Every order you place is cooked from scratch in our kitchen using fresh ingredients, just as we would for our own home. We use traditional heavy woks to handle our indigenous spices and signature stir-fries, ensuring that the authentic pungent kick of fermented soy and the heat of King Chilli remain perfectly balanced in your meal. ### How We Cook Authentic Manipuri cuisine relies on fresh produce and specific techniques that can't be rushed. In our kitchen, we prioritize the integrity of the ingredients. Whether it's our signature Singju salad that requires precision in chopping and mixing, or our long-simmering pork curries, we respect the time each dish needs to develop its depth of flavor. You won't find shortcuts here. ### Hygiene & The NCF Family When we talk about our 'NCF family,' we mean the team that handles your food from the first stir to the final delivery. We maintain a strict hygiene standard because we believe that clean eating is as important as the taste itself. Every container that leaves our kitchen is sealed and packed to keep your food fresh, crispy, or piping hot, exactly the way it's meant to be enjoyed. ### Why Pre-Order Matters Because we avoid mass-producing our meals, we rely on pre-orders. This process allows us to source fresh vegetables and meats specifically for your order, ensuring you get the true taste of Manipur rather than a restaurant-style compromise. When you order from us, you're getting a home-cooked experience that travels from our kitchen directly to your dining table. ## About Natural Cooked Food We are NCF, a family of chefs and riders bringing the heart of Manipur to Delhi. We focus on clean, authentic ingredients and traditional recipes, cooking exactly the way we would for our own families.
