You will get your dishes in sealed, hygienic containers or, for traditional events like our Khechri service, packed to preserve the warmth and flavor. Whether it is a 15-item Ningol Chakouba meal or a bulk order, our priority is ensuring the food tastes exactly like it came from a Manipuri kitchen. ### Bringing Manipur Home Festivals are not just about dates on a calendar; they are about flavors that take you back home. At NCF, we specialize in catering for traditional Manipuri events like **Cheiraoba** and **Ningol Chakouba**, where the food needs to be authentic, ritual-appropriate, and satisfying. ### The Feast Menu We do not just cook; we recreate memories. For our festive spreads, we offer: * **Khechri:** Served in the traditional style, often on lotus leaves, capturing the essence of our Ratha Yatra celebrations. * **Premium Proteins:** From *Sareng Thongba* (catfish curry) to duck curry and smoked pork trotters with bamboo shoots, we handle the heavy hitters of Manipuri cuisine. * **Traditional Delicacies:** We include essentials like *Paknam* (savory herb cake steamed in leaf), *Eromba* (fermented fish chutney), and fresh *Singju* salad. * **Desserts:** Our *Chak-hao Kheer* (black rice pudding) is the perfect finish to a heavy, traditional meal. ### Practical Details for Hosts We know planning an event in Delhi can be stressful. We simplify the food part for you: * **Logistics:** All bulk festive meals are delivered in high-quality, sealed containers to prevent spillage and maintain temperature. * **Pre-orders:** Because these items require special prep, we request you to place orders at least 48 hours in advance, especially for festival dates. * **Customization:** If you need a specific mix of veg or non-veg dishes for a puja or a family fellowship, let us know. We can adjust the 15-item spread to fit your crowd size. Whether you are hosting a small gathering or a large cultural event, our team ensures the food honors the traditions of Manipur. ## About Natural Cooked Food We are the NCF family, and we’re all about sharing the authentic taste of Eramdam Manipur right here in Delhi.
