Behind the scenes, our kitchen is built for efficiency without sacrificing that 'hommiefood' touch. We avoid mass-production methods that strip away flavour. Instead, we use high-heat woks for our stir-frys and slow-cooking processes for our signature curries, just as we would in a Manipuri home. ### The NCF Family at Work Our team is the backbone of NCF. Whether it is a routine daily meal delivery or a complex 15-item Ningol Chakouba feast, every team member has a specific role. From our chefs managing the stove range to the riders handling the careful transport, everyone is focused on one thing: getting the food to you fresh and hot. Hygiene is not just a policy for us, it is a priority, as seen in how we prepare and seal every single component. ### Why Pre-Ordering Matters Because we prioritize natural ingredients and fresh preparation, we do not keep pre-cooked food sitting around. Everything for your event is started only after your order is confirmed. This allows us to adjust spice levels and ingredients based on your requests.
