My team—including Muskan and Pooja—takes the time to actually sit with you and help you decide on the right design or color based on your style, not just what is currently trending. Clients frequently tell us they appreciate how we patiently guide them through the choices, making the visit feel less like a standard appointment and more like a collaborative session where your input is valued. At Nayled IT, our reputation is built on the moments that happen in the chair. We know that getting your nails done is often your one break in a busy, stressful week, and we want that time to be about you. ### Why Our Clients Keep Coming Back Many of the stories you see here started with a simple scroll through our Instagram or a recommendation from a friend. What clients consistently mention is that they don't feel like a number when they walk in. Whether it is a full set of gel extensions or a quick chrome finish, our goal is to ensure you feel heard. ### The Experience - **Personalized Advice:** You will hear clients mention in these videos that they aren't just getting nails done; they are getting advice. Our team helps you navigate the options, ensuring the shape (Stiletto, Coffin, Almond) matches your daily lifestyle. - **Studio Vibe:** We built our Malviya Nagar and Lajpat Nagar locations to be a 'chill zone.' We keep the energy high and the stress low, so you can actually relax while we work on your nails. - **Quality That Lasts:** We use professional-grade products because we know you need nails that survive your week. It is the reason clients often tell us they wait for an appointment rather than going elsewhere. We love capturing these reactions because they represent the real reason we do what we do. If you have been looking for a sign to treat yourself, consider this it. ## About Nayled IT I am Shivani, and I started Nayled IT to give you that much-needed break from your weekly grind. My team and I are obsessed with getting the details right, so you never have to worry about the quality or the finish. We are here to make sure you leave with a smile and nails that actually stay perfect.
