It's the result of hours spent on agility ladders, multi-shuttle feeding drills, and the mental conditioning I force my players to do before every session. When you see these medals, understand that they were earned through intense discipline, not luck. My coaching philosophy is simple: you cannot win if you are comfortable. My players don't just practice shots; they learn how to handle the pressure of a real match. Whether it is Raksha Kandasamy taking Gold at the Cyprus Junior International Series or our team dominating the Yonex Sunrise Raigad District Championship, these results happen because of a specific structure. We focus heavily on competitive badminton training. My students undergo rigorous fitness modules, including box drills and resistance training, to ensure they can sustain intensity across multiple tournament rounds. We don't just drill technique. We simulate match scenarios where you have to make decisions under exhaustion. This is why when you see my students in these photos, you see them holding trophies. They are trained to take points, maintain focus, and stay fast on their feet. If you are looking to compete at a district, state, or national level, understand that my academy is where you come to work. We hold seasonal intensive training camps that cover everything from stroke correction to tournament strategy. If you want a casual game, I have court booking options. But if you want a medal, join my competitive batch. We do the work, you get the results. ## About Navodaya Badminton Academy I am Shrishail Mitkari. I don't just teach you to play; I teach you to win. My coaching is loud, direct, and focused on turning you into a tournament-ready player who knows exactly how to take points when it matters most.
