Before we pick up the racket, we use meditation and breathing techniques to clear the mind. Then, we move into the actual badminton drills—footwork, agility ladders, and multi-shuttle sessions—to ensure you are not just fast, but controlled. My coaching philosophy is simple: discipline first, points later. Many academies just let you play, but at Navodaya Badminton Academy, we break the game down to its core components. ### The Training Approach We don't just hit shuttles; we build players. Our sessions are structured to combine physical agility with mental sharpness. You will work on: * **Mental Conditioning:** We start with Om chanting and breathing exercises to ensure your mind is calm before the game gets intense. * **Technical Foundation:** Whether it is your grip, posture, or swing, we fix the basics first. If you are hitting wrong, I will tell you, and we will correct it immediately. * **Agility & Fitness:** Badminton is a sport of speed. We use box drills and agility ladders to make sure your feet move as fast as your brain thinks. * **Game Simulation:** Once the technique is solid, we move to multi-shuttle drills and game simulations to build stamina and match-readiness. ### Where We Train We have facilities across multiple locations in Navi Mumbai and beyond, so you can train where it is convenient for you.
