Whether it’s correcting a V-grip or fixing your footwork, I give direct feedback the moment I see it on the court. You will find me demonstrating the movement myself and calling out 'Quick, quick, quick!' until your muscle memory catches up. If you hit the shuttle from below, I will tell you to hit it flat, right then and there. My coaching philosophy is rooted in my experience as a national-level player and my constant drive to evolve. I don't just teach shots; I teach you to trouble the comfortable and comfort the troubled, a mindset I instill through daily breathing and mental conditioning exercises before we even pick up a racket. ### Why Train With Me My methodology at Navodaya Badminton Academy is built on technical precision and physical conditioning. I actively participate in development programs—like the Coaches Development Program in Bangalore—to bring the latest professional techniques back to our centers in Nerul, Vashi, Badlapur, and Kalyan. ### What To Expect - **Technical Correction:** I am on the court with you. If your racket carriage height is wrong or your defensive stance is off, I intervene immediately. - **Equipment Knowledge:** I test the gear we use, from Yonex Astrox series racquets to feather shuttles, so I know exactly what you need to gain an edge on the court. - **Holistic Development:** We balance intense multi-shuttle feeding and agility ladder drills with Om chanting and deep breathing to sharpen your focus. Whether you are a kid starting your journey or an adult looking for cardio-vascular fitness and skill refinement, my sessions are designed to move you from recreational play to competitive structure. I expect total discipline and effort, but in return, I give you the path to consistent improvement. ## About Navodaya Badminton Academy I am Shrishail Mitkari, founder of Navodaya Badminton Academy.
