My officiating isn't just about blowing the whistle; I actively manage the game's rhythm, from pre-match equipment checks to handling disputes, so your tournament runs on time without unnecessary friction. When I step into the referee's chair, I am not just an official; I am a guardian of the game’s *josh*. Having played at the Senior National level and coached at the university level, I have a deep understanding of player psychology. I know when a player is frustrated and when they are pushing for a win, which helps me make calls that maintain the integrity of the match. My approach to officiating is strictly professional but practically grounded. Whether it is a corporate league in Bengaluru or a school tournament in Karnataka, I enforce FIVB rules with precision. I don’t just penalize; I manage. If the flow of the game is interrupted, I resolve disputes instantly so the players can get back to what they do best—playing. I offer two clear paths for organizers: * **Single Match Officiating:** Ideal for finals or high-stakes crunch deciders. I handle pre-match court verification, net height, and final adjudication to ensure the game remains competitive and fair. * **Full-Day Tournament Management:** For corporate or school events, I manage the schedule, handle dispute resolution, and oversee court safety for 6 to 8 matches a day. This keeps your event moving and prevents the usual delays. My goal is to ensure your tournament is fair and exciting for everyone involved. If you want a referee who has seen it all on the court and knows how to keep the game clean, let’s talk. ## About Naveen Kumar Shetty I’m Naveen Shetty.
