They represent the sweat, the early morning practice sessions, and the unwavering discipline I demand from my students. If you are looking for coaching that pushes you to earn your place on the court rather than just handing out participation certificates, you have come to the right place. My journey in volleyball has never been about collecting trophies, but they are the best evidence of a philosophy that has worked for decades. Whether it is being named 'Best Setter' at the Pune International Bunts Championship or receiving the 'India Star of the Year' award, every recognition comes from a deep-rooted commitment to the game. ### Why Discipline Matters People often tell me, 'kalisiddikinta baididde jaasti' (I have scolded more than I have taught). But that is the secret. When I coach, I don't just teach techniques—I build the mental toughness required to handle pressure in high-stakes matches. ### What These Awards Mean for You When you train with me, you are getting the insight of: * **A Senior National Player:** Someone who has navigated the challenges of competitive sports at the highest levels. * **A SAI NIS Certified Coach:** I combine practical court-smarts with structured technical training. * **A Licensed Referee:** I know the rulebook inside out, which means I train my students to play smart, avoiding unnecessary faults and focusing on game intelligence. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or an aspiring pro aiming for state-level competitions, my approach is the same. I focus on developing your core skills and match-winning attitude. If you have the *josh* to learn, I have the experience to guide you. Let’s work hard and get results on the court. ## About Naveen Kumar Shetty I am Naveen Shetty. I have been playing, coaching, and refereeing for years, and I bring that same discipline to every student I train. My goal is simple: to help you find your josh and reach your full potential, on and off the court.
