When you see me receiving a 'Best Blocker' award or leading as a guest at tournaments, know that the same dedication I bring to these stages is exactly what I expect from you on the court during our daily training sessions. I believe that to teach, you must first do. My journey from the Karnataka State Police team to my current role as a National Volleyball Coach has been about constant learning. I still jump, I still block, and I still train alongside my students. Whether I am officiating a match as a referee or being invited as a chief guest for tournaments like the SSO Volleyball Premier League, my goal remains the same: keeping the sport alive and growing in Bengaluru. ### Why My Background Matters to You If you are looking for volleyball coaching, you want someone who understands the game from the inside out, not just from a textbook. My experience as a professional player means I teach more than just technique. I teach game intelligence, how to handle pressure, and how to maintain discipline. ### What You Can Expect My sessions are not for everyone. If you want to play for fun without sweat, this is not the place. But if you are serious about building strong fundamentals, mastering your specific position like a Libero or Setter, and improving your vertical jump, we will work well together. * **Practical Training:** We focus on real-world volleyball training drills that actually translate to match success. * **Discipline:** Expect tough warm-ups, agility training, and zero shortcuts. * **Career Growth:** I provide guidance on university selections, state team trials, and tournament participation. I have seen many young players come to me as beginners and leave as confident, competitive athletes. It takes work, but it is worth it. If you are ready to put in the time, come join us on the court. ## About Naveen Kumar Shetty I am Naveen Shetty, and I live for this game.
