If you are looking for soft coaching, this is not the place for you. I expect you to be on time, follow the conditioning drills to the letter, and bring the same energy to the court that I bring every single day. My coaching philosophy is built on three decades of experience, from my days as a Senior National Player to my current role with the Karnataka State Police. I do not believe in quick fixes. Whether you are training at the Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium in Jayanagar or joining a summer boot camp, the principles remain the same. ### Training is Hard, So the Game Feels Easy My sessions are designed to push you beyond your comfort zone. We focus heavily on agility, stair running, and high-intensity fitness because a weak player cannot execute strong tactics. You will practice footwork until it becomes muscle memory. ### The Discipline of a Champion I treat my students like athletes, regardless of their age or level. We focus on position-specific drills—setting, blocking, or Libero defense—because every role on the court requires a different mindset. I am not just teaching you how to spike or serve; I am teaching you how to manage the game, handle pressure, and respect the sport. ### Who This Is For If you are a beginner looking to understand the fundamentals, I will guide you through the basics of ball handling and court positioning. If you are a competitive player preparing for state or national trials, we will work on game simulation, rotation tactics, and mental conditioning. My goal is to ensure that when you walk off the court, you are not just a better player, but a more resilient person. ## About Naveen Kumar Shetty I am Naveen Shetty, but around the court, I am just Naveen anna.
