Our approach combines these strict classical foundations with conditioning exercises, ensuring you build the strength needed for pointe work or simple posture correction without risking injury. Whether you are working toward an international intensive or just starting your first adult class, we emphasize the technical tweaks that turn effort into artistry. At the National Ballet School of India (NBSI), we believe ballet is a discipline that builds resilience as much as it builds technique. ### Our Training Philosophy Our featured gallery captures the reality of what happens inside our studios. You will see dancers engaged in focused barre work, complex center practice, and conditioning sessions designed to improve flexibility and core strength. We move away from the idea that ballet is just an aesthetic pursuit; for us, it is a demanding athletic practice that requires dedication. ### Why Train With Us? * **Proven Methodology:** Our curriculum is built on Vaganova and Royal techniques, providing a globally recognized foundation for all ages. * **Personalized Attention:** With small batch sizes of 10 to 15 students, we ensure every dancer receives hands-on corrections, from posture alignment to foot arch development. * **Global Exposure:** We do not just teach steps. We provide pathways to international summer programs, professional competitions, and commercial opportunities, helping our students navigate the professional dance world. * **Inclusive Environment:** Whether you are an adult beginner or a child starting their first term, our community in Mumbai is built on support. We celebrate the 'messy' side of learning—the sweat, the corrected posture, and the eventual breakthroughs. From our foundational kids' programs to advanced 1-on-1 private coaching, we are here to support your journey, wherever it takes you. ## About NBSI Ballet School I’m Dhvani.
