We focus on the energy and the beat, so wear comfortable clothes like a kurti or jeans because we dance barefoot to really feel the rhythm of the floor. Everyone starts with the basics of Do-Taali and Teen-Taali, so you will pick up the steps even if you have never danced before. Our Bhangra sessions are designed to be a workout that actually feels like a party. We host these workshops at our Kalkaji and Greenfield studios, ensuring you have a dedicated space to sweat it out. We often bring in guest experts, including university-level dance professors, to break down the technical footwork, posture, and stamina required for authentic Punjabi folk dance. ### What to Expect in Class * **Structure:** We start with a warm-up, move into a breakdown of specific steps, and finish by putting it all together in a high-energy routine. * **Atmosphere:** Expect high-decibel Punjabi tracks and a group that cheers for everyone, regardless of skill level. * **Technique:** You will learn real Bhangra foundation steps rather than just mimicking moves.
