In our adult and ladies-only batches, we skip the technical theory and dive straight into routines. You will learn to break down beats, pick up trending Bollywood or Hip-Hop moves, and at the end of every session, we dedicate 15 minutes to filming, so you walk away with a reel of your own choreography. ### Why Join Our Adult Batches? Dancing is the best way to shake off the stress of the day. We have created a space that feels more like a living room than a stuffy studio, where the goal is to sweat, smile, and learn moves you can actually use. Whether you are joining our ladies-only squad or our mixed adult group, you will find a supportive community ready to cheer you on. ### What You Will Learn Our classes focus on what’s trending and what’s fun. We keep our curriculum dynamic: - **Bollywood Mash-ups:** The latest chartbusters and catchy routines. - **Hip-Hop & Urban:** Basics for beginners to help you find your groove. - **Seasonal Folk:** We mix in Bhangra and Garba when the festival season kicks in. ### Flexibility for Your Schedule We run batches to fit your busy life. Our weekday sessions (Mon-Wed-Fri) are perfect for a consistent workout routine in the evenings, while our weekend hobbyist batches are ideal for those who need a quicker, high-energy pace. ### Our Locations We operate out of two vibrant hubs: - **Kalkaji, Delhi:** A cozy, bamboo-accented studio that makes for a great post-work escape. - **Greenfield, Faridabad:** A bright, airy space with murals that look amazing on camera. Everything we do is designed to make you feel at home. You show up, you dance, you de-stress, and you go home feeling better than when you walked in. Gall Bann Gayiii! ## About National Dance Academy We are Naina and Robin, and our studio is less of a business and more of a family living room. We started this because we wanted a place where anyone could step on the floor without feeling judged. We are just here to make sure you have the best hour of your day.
