I look for athletes with that specific jajba (passion) who are willing to put in the hours on the track regardless of the weather. When I provide kit or training, it is a commitment – I expect them to show up early and work harder than anyone else. If you or someone you know needs this kind of support, come train with us. Athletics in India is often held back by simple resource gaps. I have seen countless runners with incredible potential stop training simply because they could not afford proper gear. My foundation works to bridge this gap. We do not just give out shoes; we provide a pathway. Whether it is an aspiring U-14 sprinter or a long-distance runner from a nearby village, if the willpower is there, we find a way. ### Our Training Approach We collect donations and distribute high-quality running kits to those who prove their dedication on the track. This is not charity; it is an investment in the future of Indian sports. Training sessions happen regularly, regardless of whether it is a foggy winter morning or a scorching afternoon. We focus on: * **Interval Training:** Building speed and endurance for middle and long distances. * **Technique Refinement:** Correcting form to prevent injury and maximize efficiency. * **Mindset Building:** Instilling discipline and the focus required to win. ### How to Join If you are a young athlete struggling to find the right environment, equipment, or direction, reach out. We assess every athlete based on their commitment to the sport. If you have the drive, we will ensure that a lack of resources does not stand in your way.
