I personally oversee the course route, technical RFID timing setups, and hydration logistics to ensure the flow is seamless. My focus is on the small, critical details that define a runner's experience, whether it's a 3K fun run or a 21K marathon. You might see me on the track with a microphone, but the real work starts months earlier. Every event I manage follows a disciplined, step-by-step process. First, we do a thorough route reconnaissance to assess safety and feasibility. Once the track is set, my team handles the installation of start/finish trusses, podiums, and sound systems to create the right energy. On race day, we implement RFID-timed bibs for accurate results, set up hydration stations every 2-3 KM, and keep a BLS ambulance on standby. I also coordinate with volunteer marshals at every turn, so runners never lose their way. For corporate or large-scale events, I bring in end-to-end production, including branded t-shirts, medals, and a professional MC to keep the momentum high.
