Whether it is speaking to the media about the Noida 10K or planning the next community run, I am constantly on the move to ensure fitness becomes a daily habit for everyone, not just athletes. You might see me on a news channel or driving between event sites, but every moment has a purpose. My work is not confined to the stadium. As a community leader and event organizer, I wear many hats because I believe that to change the culture, you have to be present where the people are. I regularly collaborate with media outlets to amplify the message of fitness and to highlight the importance of grassroots sports. When you see me in interviews or at events, it is usually about one thing: getting the next generation away from screens and onto the ground. I put in the same intensity into organizing these events as I do when coaching my athletes. My approach to 'Additional Work' is simple. I want to build a support system where athletes, doctors, and professionals can meet, train, and grow.
