Whether it is refining your block starts for a sprint or nailing the pacing strategy for a 21km race, my athletes follow a strict, no-nonsense regime. What you see in these photos is the result of 90-minute daily sessions and the mental toughness to push through when your legs are giving up. Success on race day is the final chapter of a story written during training. When you see my athletes standing on the podium at the SBI Green Marathon or taking home cheques from the Alwar Rajasthan Marathon, you aren't just seeing a fast runner. You are seeing the outcome of our biomechanical form correction, interval sessions, and the endurance work we put in on the roads of Delhi. ### Why My Athletes Win - **Strategic Pacing:** We don't just run; we analyze the course. Our group runs at Lodhi Garden and JLN Stadium create a 'sher' (lion) mentality where we push each other to break barriers.
