We manage the logistical heavy lifting—from fresh prasad preparation to staff for queue management—so you can focus on the event itself, knowing the food is handled with the same respect as a family meal. Our kitchen has been a staple in Gurgaon’s community fabric for nearly sixty years. We are not just caterers; we are the descendants of a halwai tradition started by Ram Saran Narang Ji. Whether you are organizing a Mata ki Chowki for 1,000 guests, a society bhandara, or a home-based satsang, we understand that this food serves a higher purpose—it is prasad. Our menu stays true to traditional North Indian flavors. You will not find overly spiced or oily dishes here. Instead, we focus on ‘ghar jaisa’ comfort food like our signature dal makhni, punjabi rajma, and shahi paneer. Our halwais are particularly known for traditional sweets like moong dal halwa and gulab jamun, served fresh and warm. **Why clients trust our service:** * **Pure Vegetarian Focus:** Our entire operation is strictly vegetarian, making us a reliable choice for religious gatherings, temples, and community-driven events. * **End-to-End Management:** For large religious events, we manage everything from the setup of cooking vessels to the logistics of biodegradable plates and queue management, ensuring the dignity of the event is maintained. * **Gurgaon-Centric:** By limiting our service to Gurgaon, we ensure our team, logistics, and quality control remain consistent. We know the local venues and the specific expectations of local hosts. Planning an event? Whether it is a small house party requiring 40+ plates or a large-scale event with thousands of guests, we bring the same attention to detail to every order. ## About Narang Caterers I am continuing what my dadaji started back in 1965, sticking to his core rule of taste and trust.
