When you are serving hundreds of students or academics, you need food that is not just tasty but served hot and efficiently. We focus on buffet layouts that prevent crowding and keep the service flow smooth, so your event schedule stays on track. When planning an event for a school or university, the biggest challenges are managing crowds and ensuring every student or guest gets a meal that is fresh and hygienic. Having served institutions across Gurgaon for over six decades, we know that institutional catering requires a disciplined, professional approach. ### Why Institutions Trust Us Whether it is an annual function, a convocation, or a student-led seminar, we adapt our service style to fit the venue. We have managed lunch setups for large conferences like the NextGen Global Surgical Summit, ensuring that doctors, students, and faculty are served without delay. ### Our Approach * **Hygiene First:** For school and college events, we maintain strict kitchen standards. We prepare food in controlled environments and transport it in sealed, insulated containers. * **Service Efficiency:** We organize buffet lines to minimize waiting times, even for crowds of 500 or more. * **Flexible Menus:** From healthy, balanced student meals to premium menus for guest faculty and board members, we customize the spread to fit your specific event needs. * **Local Logistics:** Being based in Sector 8, Gurgaon, we know the city's routes and logistics, meaning zero delays in arrival or setup. Whether you need a simple, nutritious menu for a school sports day or a sophisticated spread for a university gala, we deliver the 'ghar jaisa' taste that keeps everyone satisfied. ## About Narang Caterers I am carrying forward the legacy started by my grandfather in 1965. We believe school and university events should be about celebrating achievements, not worrying about the food, which is why I personally oversee our institutional catering service in Gurgaon.
