My festive fitness parties bring high-energy dance to the studio, transforming standard Zumba routines into full-blown celebrations. When we do Holi sessions, expect color, Bollywood classics like 'Rang Barse', and an atmosphere that feels more like a party than a gym class. During Navratri, we switch to high-octane Garba and Dandiya fusion, where the sync of the squad becomes our therapy. ### What to Expect * **Themed Beats:** From festive Bollywood hits to energetic Bhangra mixes, the music is curated to keep the energy levels high. * **Inclusive Environment:** You will be joining a supportive 'Zumba fam'. We prioritize fun and movement, so nobody is judged for missing a step. * **Full-Body Cardio:** While you are having fun with festive props like dandiyas or Holi colors, you are actively engaging in high-intensity interval training that targets balance, cardio, and coordination. ### Practical Info for Festive Sessions We host these special classes at our Greater Noida studios (Gold's Gym and House of Fitness). If you are a member, these events are often included in your all-access passes. For drop-ins, I recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance as these themed spots fill up quickly due to the community demand.
