Whether we are working on a 3-minute Sangeet solo or a longer Kathak fusion piece, I share slow-paced, mirrored tutorial videos so you can learn at your own rhythm. It is all about finding comfort in the movement before we add any flair. ### Movement as a Journal Every video in this collection represents a specific mood or a season in my life. You will see the discipline of *tatkaar* (footwork) from my Kathak roots, but you will also see me experimenting with Sitar covers and pop tracks. I do not believe in the 'perfect' dance video because real human movement is messy and beautiful. ### My Choreography Process If you are looking to work together for a wedding or a special event, I keep the process collaborative and low-stress. We start by discussing the song and the story you want to tell. Is it high energy for a Sangeet, or something softer for a solo performance? I provide: * **Custom Routines:** Tailored to your specific experience level, so you never feel out of your depth. * **Video Tutorials:** I record everything from a mirrored perspective, breaking down the steps so you can practice on your own time. * **Theatrical Focus:** We spend time on *abhinaya* (facial expression), ensuring your dance connects with the audience. Dance is my way of untangling life's threads, and I hope to help you do the same through movement. ## About Nandini Nayar I’m Nandini.
