## Meet your expert

### My story

Dance is how I journal, honestly. When life gets heavy or light, I just move. Boston’s home now, but New York’s dance scene shaped me – even bumped into my old school senior from India in a class, wild right? We ended up flatmates. I’m all about those little connections. If I’m not dancing, I’m in the mountains, or hanging with my beagle (who works hard at sleeping). As the poetry goes, ‘tujhe kya gam tera rishta, gagan ki bansuri se hai’ (what sorrow when you’re tied to the sky’s flute).
