In my workshops, we use techniques like the 'Game of Cards' and live impromptu drills to get you out of your head and onto the stage. It is all about those practical 'aha' moments where you learn to handle the mic, manage your pace, and build a presence that people actually want to listen to. Public speaking isn't about memorizing a script. It is about structured thinking and the courage to deliver it. My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone can be an effective speaker, whether you are a leader at an organization or someone just starting to find your voice. ### My Training Methodology I focus on movement and interaction. In my sessions, we skip the theory and get straight to the practice. * **Impromptu Speaking:** We use random topic drills and character-roleplay games (like my 'Game of Cards') to force you to think on your feet. * **Video Analysis:** In our full-day intensives, I record your delivery and we break it down together. You will see exactly where you use filler words, where your posture slumps, and how to fix it immediately. * **Storyboarding:** Before you touch a slide deck, we use pen and paper to structure your thoughts so your message lands exactly how you intend. ### What You Can Expect My workshops are designed to be high-energy and intense, but also fun. * **1-on-1 Coaching:** A 90-minute private intervention for founders and managers. We polish your specific scripts and analyze your personal brand presence. * **Team Workshops:** A 4-hour 'Power' skills session (up to 25 people) focused on team coordination or professional etiquette using physical puzzles and group activities. * **Full-Day Intensives:** A 7-8 hour deep dive (capped at 20 people) where we cover everything from voice drills to handling high-pressure Q&A sessions.
