In my workshops, I skip the boring lectures and focus on real-world application using interactive games and exercises, because I know that your time is valuable and you want results that you can apply immediately. My career has been anything but linear. I started with individual public speaking training, helping people find their voice, and eventually realized that the biggest impact happens when I work with entire teams. This pivot to corporate training and soft skills workshops in Mumbai was a strategic choice to help organizations communicate better from within. Whether I am conducting a half-day interactive workshop on team coordination or providing 1-on-1 executive coaching, my methodology remains the same: Andar se majboot (strong from within). We do not just polish the surface; we address the core mindset. I use games, puzzles, and real-time feedback loops to ensure that what you learn on the day does not fade the moment you leave the room. Beyond the training, I actively host events across India. Balancing this with motherhood has taught me more about discipline and presence than any textbook could. When I work with you, you get that same raw, unfiltered energy.
