When I set up themes, from Little Krishna to underwater mermaid worlds, I manage the balloon garlands, marquee letters, and cake tables, so you spend your time with your family instead of managing multiple vendors. Planning a birthday involves many moving parts. My goal is to handle the setup, giving you a cohesive look without the hassle. ### Our Themed Setups Whether you choose a popular character theme like Cocomelon or Baby Shark, or a unique concept like a hot air balloon adventure, I design the decor to match your vision. We use 6x6ft printed flex backdrops, vibrant balloon arches, and custom marquee lights to create a photo-ready space. For a premium look, I recommend our organic balloon garlands, which use mixed sizes to create a dense, modern aesthetic. ### Packages for Every Need - **Standard Home Celebration:** Ideal for intimate parties. It includes a 6x6ft backdrop, 250 balloons, and traditional photography coverage. - **Premium Organic Theme:** This is for those wanting a more detailed look with 600+ balloons, LED marquee letters, and customized character cutouts. - **Turnkey Celebration:** If you want zero stress, this package covers everything for 50 guests. I arrange the buffet catering, a 3kg custom cake, interactive magic shows, and photography, so you can just enjoy the day. ### Practical Details I work across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. For every event, I bring all necessary props, including plinths and signage. You just need to provide the space, and I will handle the installation of the backdrop, the arrangement of the cake table, and the final aesthetic touches. Every decoration, from the entrance welcome board to the main stage, is installed with care to ensure it stays perfect throughout your celebration. ## About Balaji Events I believe every party is a blessing, and I put my heart into making your child's big day feel special.
