Take our Pazham Pori and Buff Roast combo. It sounds like an unlikely pairing, sweet crisp banana fritters meeting fiery slow-roasted buffalo meat, but once you try it, the sweet and savoury balance makes perfect sense. It is the kind of bold flavour experiment that defines our kitchen. In our kitchen, we believe a sadya is like a ghazal. You need the poet's passion for it to be memorable. While the main feasts get the headlines, our sleeper hits are the dishes that regulars return for again and again. These are the culinary secrets born from nostalgia and late-night cravings. ### Why these dishes stand out * **Pazham Pori & Buff Roast:** This is the ultimate oddball duo. Sweet Nendran banana fritters paired with our spicy, dark-roasted buffalo meat. It is a sweet-and-savoury sensation that captures pure Kerala swag. * **Chicken Rumsticks:** What started as an experiment is now the life of every party. Kerala chicken fry meets the moody depth of Old Monk rum, laced with honey and fire. It is bold, tipsy, and stays with you. * **Green Chicken Perattu:** A turning point for many. Tender chicken coated in a bold blend of mint, green chillies, and coriander, cooked in the intense, spice-forward Perattu style. It is the kind of dish that pairs perfectly with curd rice or a cold beer. * **Al Faham Chicken:** A hidden gem with Malayalee-Arabic roots. Pan-roasted chicken infused with aromatic spices, echoing the smoky, spicy charm of Gulf-return hotel feasts. It is a passport to a different Kerala, right here in Mumbai. We do not believe in 'safe' food. We believe in food that makes you say, "Mazaa aa gaya." Whether you are in Bandra, Mahim, or Powai, these are the flavours we want you to experience. If you are adventurous, skip the usual and dive into these fan favourites. ❤️‍🔥 ## About NairOnFire We are Sara and Vinod, and we started this to bring Mumbai the real Kerala.
